O.K. First, you need to apply for a SIS Signing certificate from http://cer.opda.cn/en/index.php. Then download Siscontents for the PC from http://cer.opda.cn/en/index.php. Once your certificate is ready at opda you may download the certificate and key files then add them to siscontents. You will need to delete the expired certificate from Freesigner and apply your personal certificate that you got from opda. Freesigner will now successfully install to your phone. You will need to copy your personal certificate and key file to your phone also to use with Freesigner. All the best.

Open your unsigned apps/games with this. You will see 4/5 files. Copy only that file- named signed.sis to your mobile. Install it. Thats it. You are all done
