On your mobile, find a contact quickly in the list by typing the first few letters of the name. In your web account, use the search box to find a Contact. The search is on all contact detail fields, including notes, email, address, phone, etc...

Add a new contact on your mobile or web account and it is immediately available to the other users in your company.

The Contact detail view only displays the fields that have been filled in, which gives you a concise presentation of the information, rather than a long list of empty fields.
